We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds if you simply change your mind about the item you have purchased. We encourage all customers to make informed decisions by referring to our size charts and product descriptions before placing an order.

2. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds for Manufacturing Errors or Non-Conformity:

If you receive an item that has a manufacturing error or does not meet the standards we promise, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly. In such cases, we offer the following options:

a. Replacement: We will replace the defective item with a new one of the same design, size, and specifications as originally ordered.

b. Refund: If a replacement is not possible or desired, we will provide a full refund for the defective item.

c. Return: In some cases, we may request the return of the defective item. Please follow the guidelines mentioned below for returning items.

Important Note: It is essential for customers to order the correct size based on our size charts. We recommend referring to these charts to ensure the garment fits perfectly. We cannot be held responsible for ill-fitting garments due to incorrect size selection.

4. Original Tags Requirement: For damaged or defective items, please ensure that all original tags and labels are attached to the garment. Failure to keep the original tags attached may result in a delay or denial of the return or refund request.

5. Defective Items after Wearing: If you discover a defect in your garment after wearing it, please contact us at info@SMOTHER COLOUR.com within thirty (30) days of receiving the item. We will guide you through the return process and assess the defect to determine the appropriate course of action.

• Fabric Cutting and Production: After the initial 24-hour cancellation period, we begin the production process, which includes cutting the fabric for your specific order. Once this stage has commenced, cancellation is no longer possible. Therefore, it is important to notify us of any order changes or cancellation requests within the first 24 hours.

• Contacting Us for Order Cancellation: To cancel your order within the 24-hour timeframe, please contact our customer service team at info@SMOTHER COLOUR.com. Provide your order details and clearly state your cancellation request. We will process your cancellation and provide confirmation accordingly.

• Limitations on Cancellation: Please note that once the fabric cutting process has begun, we cannot cancel your order. This is due to the customised nature of our products, as each garment is tailored specifically to your measurements and design preferences.

• Modifying an Order: If you need to make modifications to your order after the 24-hour cancellation period, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assess the feasibility of accommodating your request and provide guidance accordingly. Please note that modifications may not always be possible once production has started.
